 Client Policy


Clients:

 Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can start your massage right on time and give you the full-time we have scheduled for you. New Clients this will also allow you to fill out client intake forms. 

Draping:
You will undress to your level of comfort. You will be covered securely the whole time, and I will uncover only the part being worked as it is being worked.

Tipping:

Tipping is optional but always appreciated. If you choose to tip 15 - 20% gratuity of the full undiscounted cost of the service is the industry standard. Cash is appreciated, and I can always run a tip on your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

 Inclement Weather:

I know Colorado weather can be unpredictable, and we truly want to keep things fair and safe for both our patients and our practitioners. To help guide our decisions, we follow the Jeffco County School inclement weather delays and closures. If the district announces a delay or closure and you have an appointment scheduled, we’ll notify you right away and work with you to reschedule.

If there is no Jeffco delay or closure, the clinic will remain open as usual.

Of course, only you know your own comfort level with driving in winter conditions. During the colder months, I kindly ask that you keep an eye on the forecast and let me know as soon as possible, if you feel you won’t be able to travel safely to your appointment.

Sick Policy: 

In the event that you are sick, please contact me immediately. It is likely I will make an exception to my cancellation policy if you notify me as soon as you start to feel sick (i.e.- the night prior to your appointment or first thing in the morning). 

Tabitha at Willow Moon Massage Therapy has the right to refuse service to you if you enter the facility sick.
